Booking Terms & Conditions

Rates & what’s included

The room rate is on a bed & breakfast basis, net of service charge, and includes all statutory levies. All extras — food and beverage, treatments, tours and the like — can be settled by card or cash upon checkout.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations can be made without charge up to 30 days before arrival.
• Cancellations made 8–29 days before arrival are charged 50% of the total stay.
• Cancellations made 0–7 days before arrival, and no-shows, are charged in full.
• Peak season (20 Dec–15 Jan): for bookings that start or end within this period, a zero-refund policy applies.

Children & babies

Trebartha East — The Round House welcomes infants under 12 months and guests aged 12 and over. To preserve the calm atmosphere of the house, we are unable to accommodate children aged 1 to 11. Exclusive-use bookings of the whole house may be considered on a case-by-case basis by prior arrangement — please contact us before booking.

Contracting party

Bookings are made with Trebartha East (Cinnamon Plantations Estates West (Pvt) Ltd, Sri Lanka). Texaco Limited acts solely as marketing & booking agent.
